Best 4 star DPS that has some longevity in endgame content?

New account, but I’Ll be saving my pulls for a while. Unfortunately I don’t have any DPS right now, and I need to build someone to clear content. I got sustain (DHPT and Gallagher) and supports covered (Bronya, RMC, Ruan Mei) but no 5 DPS (unless Yanqing who came early counts lol).

I’m wondering between mini Herta, March 7th, Moze, and Qingque who would be the best to invest in right now. As these seem to be the 4 star options to invest in.
