What’s going on in the CBD?

Just passed by flamingo a go go on Saint Joseph, across the street in the parking lot it’s been turned into some kind of big event, gated off with a big stage built that I think said the block party.

Speakers going and someone was performing, tons of what looked like food tables lining the inside and some food trucks parked on the curb, lots of people out. Neighbor said they think it might be some kind of convention event but i only saw one guy crossing the street that had on a lanyard & I couldn’t find anything on it but also didn’t look super hard lol, anyone know what this is?
