Fixing a PM5

Is it possible to send a PM5 somewhere to be fixed? Mine won’t power on all of a sudden. Went through tech support with Concept2 and their last resort was to purchase a new one. Mine just turned 5 years old. I would think it should last longer then that. That’s for any assistance.
