Best Steamed Cheeseburger?

It’s recently come to my attention that my husband has never had a steamed cheeseburger. I feel everyone living in an area should at least try all the local specialties. The steamed cheeseburgers I’ve had were disappointing so I want to set up my husband with a great first impression.

So where should I take him for his first steamed cheeseburger? Where can the best steamed cheeseburger be found? It’s a small state so we are willing to go anywhere, but we are in Cheshire so bonus points if it’s around here.
