Rogue Strategist Ability Concept

Attack- Energy Transfer: Rogue fires energy blasts that deal damage to enemies and heal allies.

Power Absorption: Rogue targets an enemy, dealing damage over time and healing herself by how much damage she does with this. This ability decides which other abilities she has depending on the role of the enemy she targeted. (Rogue maintains these abilities until she dies or absorbs a new enemy).

Vanguard Abilities- (Gain +200 max HP)

Raw Strength: Rogue emits a blast around herself, dealing area damage and silencing enemies for a short duration.

Energy Transform: Rogue channels a shield on herself and gains 100% lifesteal for a short duration.

Duelist Abilities-

Agile Absorption: Rogue dashes forward.

Energy Depletion: Rogue fires a huge blast that lingers over an area over time, healing herself for 100% of the damage dealt.

Strategist Abilities-

Power Lock: Rogue fires an energy blast that explodes on impact, silencing enemies.

Energy Release: Rogue fires a huge blast that detonates after a short delay, dealing area healing and amplifying healing.

Ultimate- Kiss of Death: Rogue targets an enemy for a prolonged amount of time, dealing damage over time and slowly depleting their ultimate charge. Rogue gains 100% lifesteal from this ability. The targeted enemy is silenced while this is active on them. (Max 75% ultimate charge depletion).

Throughout this concept, Rogue has many lifesteal and silence abilities, showing her power absorption. Her ultimate is the ultimate game changer. Imagine fully depleting an enemy support ult and saving the game for your team!

While she could work as a vanguard, I think that having your tank being in the front line and then suddenly turn into a support would be a fatal design flaw. She could work as a duelist, but having an all arounder strategist would be way more interesting.
