Collection Tracker Promo Tabs

Good day all, I am one of the people who makes and maintains an excel spreadsheet to track your collection in. One issue I can see happening in the not to distant future (read: by galactics next year) is that the Promo tab will have 500+ rows all from different sets, many of which will be for cards that have rotated out. I still want to offer the option to track these cards, but I feel like a second tab is the easiest solution.

So my question is, should I sort by competitive season or year of release? With how jumbled promos can get, I don’t want to do specifically “SOR Promos”, “SHD Promos”, etc. cause that will hit big really quick and I feel like either of the options I suggested are happy mediums.
