How long?

Me and my ex broke up last Monday after 6 years together. We ended it on good terms and are still good friends. But how long after a break up is it fine to download things like tinder and start dating again? I feel bad even thinking about it just in case it would make her sad or angry at me, but at the same time I feel like I have to move on and start living my life again.
