Forgot to list summer school as a institution attended on the OUAC; what should I do?

I already paid and submitted my application. I forgot to put summer school as a school I attended.

BUT when I go to the University of Waterloo portal, my summer school grades are there.

Is this something my guidance counsellor does automatically, or should I add summer school as an institution and resubmit on OUAC?
