When should you apply for full time positions?

I am in a unique position, I'm a senior ECE right now but I have my 2nd co-op internship lined up for this summer and next fall, and then I have one more term (Winter Term), so I will graduate in march. I am wondering when I should start applying to full time positions. If I did get a good offer I would drop the co-op internship and graduate either in the summer or fall. Is it to early to start applying now considering I don't plan on graduating till March 2027? I'm pretty open with different fields within EE and have a 6-month internship experience right now with a good GPA.
