Just a quick one to show appreciation for the mods of the group. Thanks for putting in your spare time to keep the group on track and weeding out the people who take it too far. I think I can speak for a lot of us when I say we are thankful steps are being taken to get those who turn snarking into real life scenarios and bullying out of the group.

Also, off topic, but we all talk about parasocial relationships in here and how thats what some of these customers are with their reps. What's it called when someone has actual hatred for a person they don't know in real life, so much so that they have a toddler tantrum when they are asked not to associate a group of people with their behaviour? Is that still a parasocial relationship or is that just a pathetic person?
