Appetite doesn’t come back when meds wear off

I was diagnosed in August as a 36f, I take 10mg of dexamphetamine in the morning and again at lunch. I find that even when the meds have worn off I can’t eat very much. I feel hungry but then after 3/4 bites I feel very very full. It’s so annoying as I can’t eat much when the meds are on board or when they’ve worn off!

Anyone else have the same thing?
