am i at fault here?

I had an argument over a game decision that he brought up and ended with 'im the only jg main that never takes blame'. : It was a missed smite baron steal that lost us the game (in gold elo kek). I was rammus we killed 4 of them and headed to baron we had 4 alive 1 dead. Enemy team had Kayn jg alive only. I called the baron and I missed the smite. So after the game he said 'we shoulda just pushed if you are not confident with your smiting'. We argued cus im like its literally free we had pantheon supp, adc tristana, and camille top and not a single person zoned the kayn and he obviously wins the 50/50.
