I got scammed by HuriBets

This guy Huribets runs multiple social media accounts and has a paid Whop community advertising his picks. He also has a 'risk-free' option where it's up to $2k back if you bet on his premium pick ($200 paid directly to him).

I took him up on the offer, sent him $2500 directly to bet coz my app was glitching. took the money and didn't place the bet even tho I followed up with him multiple times. later said he placed it on a completely different play, anyway I followed that game and his bet didn't work out. after I called him out on his moneyback guarantee he's like nah the best I can do is give you one free pick.

I got all the proof and screenshots and everything. Real name of the dude is Manav Deol and he seems to be in Toronto. anyone have experience with the guy or has gotten scammed by him before?
