What does the crossplay symbol mean now?

So now that crossplay is controller vs MnK instead of pc vs console, what does the crossplay symbol mean now?

Does it mean someone is a console player that is using a MnK, or does it mean that the person is a console player playing on controller? or both perhaps??

Does a MnK console player have an indicator at all?
