Lenders that take NC Home Advantage Mortgage assistance programs?

I qualify for down payment assistance with this program. When I search for lenders, I actually don't recognize many of the banks. So I wanted to ask here for recommendations. Has anyone used this program to buy in Wake County, and if so can you recommend a specific lender?
