Tips - Small Claims Lawsuit (Outside US)
I believe it is almost no problem to sue them in the US because they have registered agents in 50 States. If you don’t know how to do it in the US, it’s in the pinned post of r/MetaLawsuits.
This is not the absolute answer. But, I can suggest something for you to consider the possibility.

- Does the Meta Office in your country/city have the ability to control the accounts and the data?
In my city, Hong Kong, the Meta Office HK had said they have no control over the accounts and data. They cannot help at all. However, it is not known if they will contact the Headquarter when being served in HK and get a representative or registered agent to deal with the Lawsuit in HK.
Except in the US, Meta Offices from different countries or cities are just for doing business or some other connections (usually). They do not control our accounts.
-
What are their legal entities in your country or city?
-
Does your courts have jurisdiction over a foreign entity? Meta is based in California, US. They control our stuff there.

If your country/city can fulfill these 3 things, then I believe you can file it.
For Europe and Canada, it’s too complicated for me to have any kind of ideas about the possibility, I think Europe have better chances?
Filing a lawsuit won’t cost so much, I think you can try to put the address of the Meta Office in your country onto the Lawsuit form or the address of their registered agent in your country. See how your court handle your case.
If you submitted it successfully, wait for the respond from the Office to see if they can deal with it.
Please look for more information from your governmental websites.

If you cannot file the Lawsuit in the place where you are living in, US Legal Services are the final option for you. Or, you knew someone in the US who can do it for you (Idk how).
There are a lot of entities helping people to draft Demand Letters, and even help you to send it. JusticeDirect and LegalShield are the most common ones. You can even get a lawyer to write the Letter for you. It will cost a lot of money.
For filing Small Claims Lawsuits, I only knew JusticeDirect can do that for non-US citizens. Maybe there is more. However, you MUST own an US address that can receive mails and an US phone number.
Nothing here is free of charge. I’m sorry.
