Partner choice for Beryl in Chaos

All but one of the Ranger partners have passives that revolve around boosting Extra Damage, but unless I'm doing simulation content with a Retain build Beryl, then other than the Ego Manifest that fires some extra attacks that's not really where her damage is coming from.

Should I just use the 3* Partner for the %increase on regular Attack? Or do I eat the loss of not benefitting much from her partner's passive?
