no late payment in last 12 months right now score is 766. all my previous credit card application was rejected

no late payment in last 12 months right now score is 766. all my previous credit card application was rejected (not sure whether its due to wrong DPD in last 4 month but now its resolved) but still 42 DPD i have in cibil, my question - should i need to wait 2 more year to get first credit card or what??
