Why

Why is my game always laggy and buggy whenever i start a game in carer after i first downloaded it it was normal but in my second career season it startet lagging so bad my eyes hurt after 20 ingame minutes restarting the game also doenst work for me the only thing that works is simulating till march can somebody help me pls
