Are all Chinese people who support the CCP “tankies?”

In the West, “tankie” refers to anyone who supports authoritarian communist or anti-Western governments. If you are a Chinese communist, would you be by definition a tankie? Is it possible to support both the CCP while supporting closer ties with the United States/Western world?
