MSI wont honor warranty

I bought an MSI gaming monitor, and a couple months into owning it i notices the outer layer ofnthe screen was bubbling up. It appears the polarized film is pealing off. I created a support ticket to send it in for repairs and they are accusing my of using a solvent to clean the monitor, but I havent cleaned it with anything yet. I havent owned it long enough to collect enough dust to require a cleaning. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
