First BrECADD than N-AVD multiple Diagnostic orgy.

Hi There, im 30, from Germany and my Diagnoses are:

HLH(hemophagocytic lymphohysiocytosis- It is a life-threatening hematologic disease of severe hyperinflammation)

cHL (classic Hodgking-Lymphoma)

Bone-Tuberculosis (which lead to a Spine surgery a few weeks ago)

Im currently going through N-AVD treatment for my classicHL Stage lVB. Last week i got my first dose out of eight - every two weeks one. After 8doeses (4 cycles) i’ll get a Pet Scan to see how it worked out. After the first dose i was vomiting for a day and had diarrhea. Nausea followed up for three more days. Now after one week i feel quite good. The Bloodwork from two days ago showed that my neutrophils and leukocytes and kidney parameters were quite stable, despite the loss of water.

Initially when i landed in the Hospital i had 2Cycles of BrECADD— but i had to the pause Cancer Aggressive therapy because i developed a Open Lung/Bone Tuberculosis disease and had to get treatment for the infection first, which lasted two months. i need to take the TBC meds for a year approximately. But i was getting immunotherapy-Nivolumab every two weeks nonetheless. I was 4months in stationary treatment at the University Medical Center in Hamburg/Germany and i signed-up all the research papers so science can profit from super rare cases like mine. The worst part until now was the Spine surgery to be honest.. Im curious to know how if the N-AVD side effects got worse over time for any of you, or if it stayed more or less constant.
