Virtual Only Jobs in NM?

May be looking for a bit of a unicorn situation but just curious if it’s even feasible. I am originally from New Mexico and regularly visit. However, I live out of state. Other people have assured me that NM has need for therapists so I am working on getting reciprocity for my provisional social work license from another state (so I would have an LMSW in NM).

I would love to be able to offer therapy for folks in NM but don’t know how realistic it is to be able to get a position at an agency/private practice/anywhere (W2 or 1099) when I would be entirely virtual.

Thoughts or leads? Any insight is much appreciated!
