How does a mention of a particular wine in a private cell phone conversation end up as an ad on Facebook?

After discussing a particular wine in a private cell phone conversation how the hell does it end up on my facebook feed? This has happened too many times in other unrelated situations to be a coincidence. Even a search on my husband’s computer who doesn’t have facebook will pop up on my feed as an ad
