Medieval Overhaul is breaking my game

Any time I put MO in my modlist in breaks my game in unimaginable ways, it's even breaking my laptop.

I have a potato laptop which means I have to run a lot of performance mods, the thing is, medieval overhaul is refusing to be played unless I have only medieval overhaul specific mods (EG: Empire medieval overhaul) or any other addons, I've managed to make it work ONCE with Vanilla Textures Expanded and a medieval faction mod. Later that day I wanted to start a new save with the unmodified modlist and it broke my HDMI cable which I've used to play on my TV.

I've tried countless times and it keeps breaking the game, which has in turn caused some of my game to be corrupted. Example is my old modlist crashing when loading, before I added MO I used to add any type of mod without any major issues, I've tried a nomadic modlist with Ancient Urban ruins and a load of weaponry mods to entice the game a bit, it crashed in 1.5 in the same way as MO did, and Crashed in 1.6 without any damage to the game I think.

Thing is it broke my modlist so much Harmony had over a thousand red errors relating to Vehicle Framework or another vehicle related mod, which has never happened to me before.
