Help

So I got the duffle bag today. Yay!!! But not really because the order isn’t showing in my account, I didn’t get a confirmation email, I used affirm and it took the first payment immediately, but it also isn’t showing in my affirm account. Just my bank showing that the money was taken out. Idk what to do.
