Where can I find a reliable car for under 10-13k ??

Someone totaled my car 3 weeks ago. I’m looking for a compact SUV and most importantly an AWD. Now for under 13k I know it’s pretty much impossible to find one that’s good and a clean title. Does anyone have any recommendations for where I should search for cars?? I’m working with Baxter to find me a car
