I need help on making a quirk

I am thinking about making a speed quirk, however, I don't know how I want to do it, I don't want it to just be like, oh he runs really fast, I want it to be integrated the same way it would be for a in universe quirk, I want it to be supersonic but also able to control how fast, is their any way some one can give me a idea?
