Just for fun - What insignificant thing annoys you when in other peoples homes? I'll start! Fancy sinks don't have the red/blue indicator so i know which way is hot water! AHHHHH

Okay, it's silly and it's definitely insignificant. I've noticed that nice new homes often don't have a temperature indicator on the faucet or knob or anywhere. There is also no longer a standard for hot to be Left and cold to be Right for instance. I'm stuck either letting water run - sometimes upwards of 2-4 minutes for it to get warm so i know. Big houses in cold weather take time for the tap to actually spit out the warm stuff. Personally i am super paranoid about using cooled down water from a hot-water heater because of sediment buildup and bacteria contamination. It's a known thing and it's not safe to drink warm tap water - or cooled down warm tap water. So this morning the pupper waited about 5 minutes while i tried to figure out which way to turn the knob to get get cold water. He probably thinks i'm an idiot. haha.
