Superdisplay: Will USB C (from Galaxy Tab) to HDMI (to PC) work?

I kinda ran out of ports on my PC (lol) and the USB-A port that is free don't seem to work well (maybe 'cause it's not Thunderbolt? Idk). So I was wondering if I can use a USB C to HDMI cable to connect my PC handheld to my Tab S8 Ultra as a second screen?
