Bose QC Ultra(2) vs Technics AZ100 vs Airpods Pro 3

I previously had the Bose QC Ultra (1) and need help deciding on a new set. I think I have narrowed it down to these three sets. Audio quality is more important to me than ANC. I do have an Android so I'm also curious if anyone else uses Airpod Pros with Android. If there's something that would compare beyond please recommend it.
