Replay mod records a 50 gig file and crashes and corrupts minecraft

So it has happened a few times recently where i start a replay mod recording, and after 10 minutes to an hour my game crashes and my hard drive is completely full with 1 single replay mod recording. The file path for this gigantic recording is ...\.minecraft\replay_recordings\recording\2025_11_28_11_37_19.mcpr.tmp\changed\recording.tmcpr. I have absolutely no clue why its doing this and even does it when im not even recording, i just spent an hour at least recording and it is now corrupted because of this. anybody know why it does this? ive lost a lot of work due to it
