Part Number for OEM 1995-97 Tacoma Towing Hitch

Anybody by chance have a 1995-1997 Tacoma with a factory original Toyota P/N towing hitch and could get me the part number from it? I attached pics I found on a 97 Tacoma.

It can be differentiated by mounting to the bottom of the frame only (not between the bumper mounts like virtually every other hitch) with 6 bolts total, 3 per side, 1 goes inside the rear spring hanger and threads into the oddly placed weldnut in there. It also is a 3 pieces design, with 3 bolt flanges on each side. The part number will be stamped most likely and 10 digits, possibly PT???-????? or 08???-?????. For reference, the 98+ hitch P/N is PT228-04030. There are also likely inner C channel brackets for reinforcement. I haven't seen but I know the 98+ trucks get them.

The early Tacomas from 1995-97 have shorter rear leaf springs and a slightly different rear frame with holes in different places then the 98+ frames.
