Columbus, OH Blankies - Cloud Atlas screening

The Wachowskis’ and Tom Tykwer's bonkers sci-fi epic Cloud Atlas will be screening this Saturday night at 9:30p at the Drexel Theatre. It’s a part of our Eccentric Cinema program in which we play odd and underappreciated cult movies every Saturday night. This month, each staff member got to choose a film for the program and I immediately knew I wanted to play Cloud Atlas.

I discovered the film through listening to the pod and it has since grown to become my favorite movie. Not sure how many Columbus Blankies are on here but I figured if there’s anyone in the area who’d be interested in seeing this wonderful and absurd epic on the big screen it’d be fans of this show.

Blank Check has played a big role in broadening my horizons in terms of the films that I watch. I think movie theaters play a similar role and it’s that aspect of my job that I love most of all.

Blank it, thank it.
