Was meant to have 2 packages and only 1 delivered, both used same photo

I was expecting 2 parcels, one from hollister one from stradivarius. I don’t want to put the photos on here but only the hollister one arrived and the picture of the hollister one was used for both packages (which I took screenshots off thankfully) before being removed a few minutes later. It fully shows that there is only 1 parcel, no parcel underneath or to the side.

There is no 2nd parcel in the picture, just that one, and they both say delivered and the same photo has been used.

Did the royal mail person just take my parcel? Cause why else would they remove the pictures? Or did they actually just forget it and will come back in a bit? I can’t believe I can’t just call royal mail directly I have to contact Stradivarius about this according to their website when this has only just happened. 10-20 minutes ago, I want these as Christmas presents so I’m really annoyed 😭 Is there anyone I can call to tell them that this person didn’t deliver my parcel and then removed the evidence of only 1 parcel being there? It shows clearly the 2 different tracking codes too
