Co-infection

Hi guys! I just finished a 7 day course or doxi plus 1.5g of azi on Friday of last week towards the end of my course my symptoms flared like crazy (burning when I peed which lasted for awhile, constant urgency, and itchiness) no odor, no discharge. The flare was unbearable and I was kind of worried that I had a co-infection (strep which was on my Juno results as well) or the ureaplasma wasn’t cleared. I just so happened to have 2 pills left from my Amoxi-clav prescription from months ago and out of desperation I took them Tuesday and Wednesday night and I felt so much better Thursday morning….but now….i still have some burning when I pee and all of sudden if I have yellowish stringy discharge. Was it the strep that needed to be killed or is this just other random ureaplasma symptoms?? I have another 2 week course of doxycycline that I can start but am nervous about using antibiotics when I don’t have to. HELP.
