How much and when to pay fee?

I don't exacly understand how the counselling works, like we need to pay counselling fee 30k after 4-5 days of clat whenever they release the date [what could be an approx date?] and then the 1st round happens where if we freeze a seat of nlu we have to pay their 1st sem fee of 1.5-2L? like when does round 1 usually happen after 20 dec, last week of dec, 1st week of jan like an approx date? and how much time we have till we can pay that if we delay we lose the seat? I have to tell my dad about when so he can keep the amount ready
