Agoda flight booking no cancellation non refundable?

Problem/Goal: I booked round trip flight for my friend sa Agoda since wala syang card and much cheaper pag sa pinas magbook. She works in Macau pero uuwi siya this holiday sa Manila. unfortunately, baliktad ang naibook ko. instead na macau to manila & manila to macau… ang naibook ko is manila to macau then macau to manil.. BALIKTAAAAD and it costs 18k via debit. heeeelp. ano kaya pwede ko gawin? I called agoda at sinasabi nila na no cancellation daw or resched. try ko daw sa airline… ang hassle!! heeelp. ano kaya maganda gawin. or does anyone knows the email of agoda or office ng agoda?
