oneplus buds 4 fit

Hi all, I recently bought the OnePlus buds 4 earbuds. They are great however i find their fit terrible. They are very loose in my ears and I keep squeezing them in so many times in order to get them to fit securely. if not then if i walk or go down the stairs I would feel/hear them move/bouce which is super annoying and I am always worried they would fall.

Did anyone have the same problem? does anyone know what possible solutions could be? replacement memory foam ear tips maybe?

for the record, I previously owned the sony wf-1000xm4 and their fit was super secure.
