Ai finishing off downed raiders???

Just now in Stella Montis i was downed by a shredder then it continued to tear me a newone AFTER it downed me? I sure hope its a bug. If the AI is learning the mechanics of downed ppl and the term of extraction and loot. Thats kinda immersive but atleast let me know so i can adapt too lmao
