I think my Xbox account is bugged or something

This issue is consistent with a post I made a few days ago. I've been having a problem with my Microsoft/Xbox account for a few weeks, or even months, where on any parental control application on the Xbox, removing every setting, and everything else, the option to connect a social account to the Xbox always remains blocked, telling me that this setting is blocked for "a child account", even if I'm not a child, and I repeat, every setting has been removed. I don't even try to go to the support site because you can't even describe a problem, you just have default options That don't help you do anything, so I'm turning to you, who are surely more experienced. I don't want to get to the point of resetting the Xbox and starting all over again, or, probably even worse, I'm creating a new account, so please give me some advice.
