For some of us, yesterday was Thanksgiving. To me, it’s a time to appreciate life and your loved ones… To spread kindness & positivity 🌾

But I know holidays can also be stressful or even a sad time for some of us. Plus, the seasonal depression really starts showing up right about now.

My thanksgiving went a bit awry, but I like to make the best of things and it always makes me happy to make others happy. So here’s some pretty fall photos to enjoy and a few uplifting things I’d like to tell you 🧡

🌱🌸🍁🌻🦉🍄‍🟫🪶

You’re the cutest pumpkin in the patch 😉

Let gratitude be the attitude 🫶

Just because you’re struggling, doesn’t mean you’re failing! It’s part of your growth 🌱

Enjoy all the little things 🐿️

All pumpkins are beautiful regardless of color, size or shape 🧡

Never beg for a seat when you can build your own table to fill with love 🍽️

Embrace the change and be patient while things are falling into place 🍂

Always be yourself (Well, unless you can be a hedgehog, of course!) 🦔

When life gives you too many pumpkins, make yourself some pie 🥧

It’s okay to grow at your own pace 🍄‍🟫

Autumn is a reminder that it can be beautiful to let things go 🍁

🤍 Build a longer table, not a higher fence 🤍

Small wins are important too 🪺

And finally, get some sleep—ya night owl! 🦉(Just words of wisdom)

Be kind to yourself & others y’all. I hope you have some nice holiday moments this season! Happy November! Don’t forget about self care 🧶

Hey, Pumpkin 💌
