Semisoft printing material like Woody's Hat

Like the title says, I'm looking for a material that's the same sort of rigid sort of soft material like Woody's hat from toy story. TPU might work but I've never printed with it before to gauge the stiffness, but I also have a resin printer so if there's a rubber-like resin that would likely be preferable for quality.
