What are the best budget upgrades for an S20 Ultra for a person who using his phone for gaming?

My S20 ultra is wearing out. Battery draining faster and button becoming less sensitive. I want to get a new phone that is an all around upgrade but isn't that expensive.

What are some good options for gaming phones that exceed the S20 ultra in performance but don't cost a lot?
