How To Download Webkinz App?

My husband just bought a laptop so he can download the webkinz app. The browser isn’t it, it’s so blurry and doesn’t run right yet. But when I go to try and download the app it’s not showing up, and not on the Windows store?? Is there an alternate way to download or did he just buy a laptop for nothing???
