Confused about a problem with asking someone out

So I met a girl a week ago, she's a friend of my friend and I really enjoyed talking to her. At some point during our meeting I asked her out to "meet again" and she said "sure of course, but not tomorrow".

The problem was I had a business trip this week so I said "alright then (sometime) next week" to which she said "okayyy". I will go back saturday and I don't know how to follow up about this.

I'm totally inexperience. Never had a relationship or asked someone out before. I'm just overthinking what if she's busy this weekend and it would feel weird if I have to say later again, because I know she's super busy weekdays so the only option is this sunday.

I've been casually texting her this week, but nothing flirty just friendly messages.
