Can I drink a beer same day i take hydroxyzine?

Exactly as what the title says, im gonna start taking hydroxyzine again but wondering if I can drink 1 tall beer the same day of taking it (today) started to withdraw a bit and im down to 2 beers, trying to turn that into 1 beer a day for this weekend. The hydroxyzine helps with anxiety but not sure if theres adverse affects (doc didnt specify much, just that everyone is different but its best not to drink on it)
