FWB priority shipping disappointment

I placed an order on Nov 25 and it just shipped this morning (I’m in Canada). A bit frustrating because they advertise “priority shipping” for FWB but 3 days of processing time feels way too long. I also haven’t been able to reach customer service for two days now, no response yet from their so-called “priority customer line for FWB.” Anyone else having issues with longer processing times?
