Mtf bottom surgery at 50

I'm getting on the wait list for bottom surgery, not sure if it's right for me yet, but i keep trending to that choice.

I'm curious, I'll be almost 50 when I get the surgery. I would want to maintain orgasums and have my vagina be usable.

I'm really at step one and looking for advice from folks my age and what their experience was like.
