Withdrawal Headache Tips?

On day 8 of misery after dropping from 187.5mg to 150mg under my doctor’s supervision.

The last couple days have been really hard with a headache around my temples that varies from dull pain to sharp pain. Last night, it decided to stay sharp all night, and I got maybe an hour of sleep.

This morning, it’s been mostly sharp, and it’s hard to do much of anything (including writing this).

Since Advil/Tylenol haven’t been helpful, do you have any advice for coping?
